Appointment Booking and Policies
Booking Process
Appointments must be booked through our platform and are subject to provider availability. You will receive confirmation via email once your appointment is confirmed.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Late cancellations may be subject to charges.
Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of booking or service delivery. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, debit cards, and insurance (subject to verification).
If paying at the time of service at Cosmed Pharmacy, the pharmacy accepts cash only.
All fees are subject to change. You will be notified of any price changes before confirming appointments. Refunds are available for appointments cancelled with appropriate notice.
User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree to use our services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. Prohibited activities include:
- Providing false or misleading information
- Harassing or abusing staff or other users
- Attempting unauthorized access to our systems
- Transmitting harmful code or malware

Emergency Situations
