Body Mechanics was founded with a simple mission: to help people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. I believe that everyone deserves access to expert care that addresses not just symptoms, but the root cause of their problem. Our approach combines evidence-based treatment with compassionate care, empowering you to take an active role in your recovery.
Starting in 2001, Body Mechanics is the result of my continued professional development and research alongside my observation of human movement in over two decades' exposure to various martial arts.
